Michelle has designed a class for the non-massage therapist who is interested in learning the basics of true French based aromatherapy and how to incorporate it into their daily lives. The course focuses on cleaning your home and keeping your family well with essential oils. Class size is limited to 10 people.

The Black Spruce is a tall tree that enjoys colder climates in the northern part of the world. It is able to survive in the harsher climates because of its layered twigs, waxy pine needles and rough bark. These survival skills protect the Black Spruce from the cold and predators and make it an appropriate essential oil for us to use during the winter months to protect us and give us the inner strength of a tree.
Therapeutics effects: Stimulates the thymus gland, a general tonic, good for the respiratory system, antiseptic
Indications: Sudden fatigue and exhaustion, kills germs in the air, effective for bronchitis.
General Formula/Use: use 10 drops in a humidifier, in a bath or splash 5 drops around your neck just after a shower to feel refreshed and strengthened.
