My trip to France in January was a huge success. I learned many things but the most interesting was the use of leeches for inflammation and circulatory issues. This is a very old practice being brought back into contemporary medicine. I know there are many of you out there who cannot wait to come in for a demonstration.
I was also trained in the use of clay (red, green, white and gray) packs and castor oils packs for cleansing/draining organs. So for the few of you who sometimes splurge on fatty foods and the occasional diet soda, let's get going on a liver cleanse at the spring equinox with some clay packs and leeches.
