Damaged goods can be returned within 10 days of receipt.  To return an item, send your damaged, unopened goods to us via insured or prepaid postal service or via prepaid UPS or FedEx services.  Please note: Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Flower Road cannot accept returns sent shipping due.
