Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. In addition, our shipping charges include a 5% fee for order processing and handling.
Domestic Shipping:
We are currently shipping via FedEx. At this time, we only ship to the forty-eight contiguous states of the United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.
International Orders:
Flower Road Natural Therapies currently does not ship internationally. For all International Destinations, please email us at info@flowerroad.net or call us at 214.987.2766 to request an order.
Note: FedEx will leave your package at your front door if you are not present at time of delivery. It is your responsibilty to either, be present in person or provide an alternate delivery address. We do not require signature on delivery of our packages unless you specifically request it in your Order Notes area.
